JEET KUNE DO (ADULTS)
More intense that the children’s class, our program will educate you in the philosophies and concepts of JKD. We will teach techniques, basic through elaborate, and allow you to use what works for you and get rid of what doesn’t. You will also learn to vary the techniques to make them fit your way of defending yourself, so that the art becomes your individual expression. This becomes a contagious way of thinking, and don’t be surprised if it spreads to other aspects of your life as well. JKD is a very practical and up to date way of self defense because it is constantly changing, and always incorporating new techniques.

NO GI GRAPPLING
A completely different style as GI-GRAPPLING, this style incorporates the same arts, but different priciples. This style does not rely on clothing manipulation, but more on body and limb control. For KIDS, certain locks and holds will not be taught, and focus will be on body positioning and technique. This class is designed to teachthem about leverage and control. Also, SAFE, FUN, and EDUCATIONAL, your child will develop a close knit frienship with their piers, and will learn to use each other to develop their art. For ADULTS, this class will be a bit more intense than the GI-GRAPPLING. This class wil teach takedowns, submissions, joint locks and body control. Competitions in both kids and adults classes are also frequent if you want to compete regularly.

KENJUSTU
is the core means by which sensei train their students to employ the Japanese swords against a variety of classical weapons, while indoctrinating the student in the combative mindset of the school. Therefore, kenjutsu can be seen as an integral aspect of all classical Japanese sword school curricula.

JUJUTSU
Japanese martial art consisting primarily of grappling techniques. Jujutsu evolved among the samurai of feudal Japan as a method for dispatching an armed and armored opponent in situations where the use of weapons was impractical or forbidden. Due to the difficulty of dispatching an armored opponent with striking techniques, the most efficient methods for neutralizing an enemy took the form of pins, joint locks, and throws. These techniques were developed around the principle of using an attacker's energy against him, rather than directly opposing it, and came to be known as jujutsu.

MUAY THAI
Muay Thai has a long history in Thailand and is the country's national sport. Muay Thai is referred to as "The Science of Eight Limbs", as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this art. A master practitioner of Muay Thai thus has the ability to execute strikes using eight "points of contact," as opposed to "two points" (fists) in Western boxing and "four points" (fists, feet) used in the primarily sport-oriented forms of martial arts.
